OFFENSIVE STRATEGY
(this was our last season Arsenal's team strategy replace yourself to the appropriate position. important part is to get the idea)

our possible GKs are: blacula/gastly/god/iniester.
mid 1: Lorien
other m2 and m3's are: tip/allstar/quavo/lorien/god/gastly(tbh i dont know what position ezactly gastly plays atm)
----------
remember, this is offensive setting.

when a guy is bumped thru our net, he immediately switches the position with gk. the guy who is bumped "flashes on and off" to indicate the GK that he is taking the GK spot. this is hard to execute, but once you get the idea, we got the rotation going on. that is how, as arsenal, we kept pressure on the other team all the time.

you need to get the idea of "rotation" very well.espcially rotating the gk position.

the most important position on offense is GK. yes you heard right.

he has to always make sure that our own net is safe againist counter attacks. so, he does not go for bump, or chase the ball unnecessarily. always look at the where the ball is and where the opponents are. make sure you are the one who is closest to our own net. when they got the ball, we dont want them to counter attack and easily score. just stop them, if you have the ball, stall as much as possible so that our mids recovers the defensive position.

lets talk about the offensive bumping: you do not randomly bump whenever you see someone is close to you. you have to bump opponent who is somewhere between the ball and their net. that includes their gk. so, draw an imaginary line between the ball(which one of our player has at that moment) and their net, so who ever crosses that line, he is a good candidate to bump. do not bump randomly as i said before. (unless our guy who has the ball is going to be bumped for sure and you have chance to prevent that happen by getting yourself bumped-protecting him)

DEFENSIVE SETTING

on defense, the most important position is not GK, it is "D1".

what D1 does is, basically he protects gk of getting bump, by getting bumps. 'sacrificing himself". when you see our d1 is bumped, one of the other players, like m2 or m3 replaces d1. then the former d1 goes d2 or d3. this is very important.

----------------------------------
FEEDBACK after pre-season games: we need more offensive pressure when the ball is on their field. basically, we should not let them kick the ball out of their field. (offense is defending the ball so that it will stay in their field as much as possible. other's will eventually bump them. so be patient and not look for magucal goals. it wont happen. if you shoot the ball when the defender is there, it wont go in. instead, stall as much as you can, or pass.

when the last man (GK) is protecting our back, the other 3 should attack without getting him. they should be the one who are getting hits. not us. so AVOID BUMPS on OFFENSE.

kickoffs were bad. but its ok. we have not practiced yet.

-------

WE NEED A SOLID KICK OFF STRATEGY. BOTH RETURN AND KICKOFFS.
we cant let them attack us after every kickoff. we need to re-kick or stop the ball before they all position themselves into our field. so, there are 2 main returning kick off strategies we will use: check below:

STRETEGY #1: 3-Men WALL
Posted Image

as you can see, 3 of arsenal players are already positioned themselves and doing 3-men defense. we tried this A LOT. and this shit works like 75% times as long as we do not do this everytime. usually, other teams are not prepared to break or attack accordingly to that defense. this is like proven. you may ask other 4 arsenal players (bam-js-op-plith) they all gonna say yes, this shit is good.

another thing is, see how mwmw is so late. they probably dont have any strategy on kickoffs or dont know what to do, or probably they are typing.

so, NO MATTER WHAT, if we are returning a kickoff, dont type any single shit. JUST POSITION IMMEDIATELY. talking wont work.

---------------------------------------------------

STRETEGY #2: 1-2-1.

in this strategy, the one in the middle, he HAS TO RUSH ASAP. he should ever ever be late.

both wingers ((jsjs-hardwell in the pic) actually gets hit or bump. because that will make the guy on their field bumped towards their net, not us.
1- 2 of the wingers are deactivated
2- kick-offer usually gets hit by our center man. even if he is not, he goes somewhere else after kickoff. not somewhere near the ball.

so, we have like 4-5 seconds to recover and kick the ball out of our field.

we did this a lot too late in the season. when both hardwell and jsjs stops their men(gets hit or bumps them), we observed that our gk, jsjs or hw, gets the ball and find space to kick or dribble. (( because basically jsjs and hardwell get hit to our corner and the ball usually kicked thru the corner ) ( if gk recovers the ball, whoever is closest to net becomes GK, an gk advances. (again we observed that usually gk is able to pass to center man. (optic) or one of the wingers.

---------------------------------------------------

NOW, OUR KICKOFFS:

Rule #1: know you position!
last season, everysingle game, we had that same format. optic was center, me lower, jsjs upper. and bambam was x2 lower.
putting gk on 4th spot is best. beacuse other 3 are starting in the center and it is balanced. (both defensively and offensively).

so, or in our team, if starters are lor-tip-god-gastly then:

GKs: Gastly -> 4th spot.
God: 3th spot-> upper winger.

so, either me or tip, one of us is lower and the other is center. who ever kicks of, he should be the one on the lower wing. you will see why below.
at the moment, the role of the center guy is very important. and he has to know what to do. (we can talk about and discuss this)
(btw, i just want to mention, i was the kick-offer for the last 2 season, over 40 games. like 95% kicksoff, i did. so i m pretty much experienced. if it works fine, good. if not,we can change it.

Tip-> 1st spot->center
Lorien-> 2nd spot-> lower winger

so now, kick off strategy:
option#1

before i talk about our kick-off: just look at how TERRIBLE mwmw's kick off defense.
-they are all late! 3 of arsenal players are already positioned and ready to attack, while they are hanging around.
- there is literally no one to stop hardwell's kick off
- no one to stop jsjs
- then probably 90% of chances, optic will be avoiding bump from twerk because probably twerk would be looking at the ball, so 3 arsenal players are already ready to attack. and after hardwell's hard kick off, ball is in mwmw's field.

- just to mention, arsenal already scored 4 goals in 2.30 mins, mwmw scored only their goals, then arsenal is ready to attack again!

- in addition, look at the chat box. mwmw scored a goal. and none of the arsenal players are talking whose mistake it was, or saying anything. on the other hand, twerk and tip are playing at that moment. you can see twerk is already late to stop kick off, maybe because he messaged. tip and the GK are already stayed behind they are vulnerable to bump, and getting attacked. so, do not chat during the game. it is that simple. it will also hurt the other's motivation. if i say something to gastly unrelated, he would also be reading that and would get distracted. even if he made a horrible mistake, commenting wont help.

- so, pls. no talking during the game. commenting something already happaned will not change anything. only time to talk is pause, and if sth is very urgent, like position change or sth.

so, as you can see, our strategy was, hardwell and jsjs are rushing. like without losing 0.1 second. i was kicking hard thru their corner like 75%times. i kick towards jsjs'side. and jsjs, depending on the situation, if he is open, he clutches and just to make sure the ball stays in their corner. me, (kickoffer) try to avoid after kick off bump and make my thru their net, clearing their gk or position myslef near their net.

- optic, on the other hand, slightly coming after us. TAKING THE REBOUND, and preventing possible counter attack. so it is not 3 men going fwd and accelrating as fuck. optic was avoiding bumps but still atacking. and watching.

- and the gk, slowly makes his way thru the midfield. the point where kick off is done to set our offensive setting

1) to summarize, kick-offer kicks hard thru the upper corner.
2) upper winger rushes as well. and chase the ball. - btw i sohuld mention, upper winger should not bump the man on his side. because it is illogical bumping. if you bump, basically you will bounce back to our field, and the opponent will bounce thru their net. so after 1 second, he will be recovering and covering their net. so, do not bump. just chase the ball and make sure ball is staiyng somewhere in their field.
3) center guy, you should not be late too. just slightly coming after two of us. if you become late, i will 100% assure you they will block our attack. because they are 4 men, and we are 2. and as a kickoffer, i need a bit time to recover. so, you role is imprtant. just observe what is going on, avoid bump.
in addition, most of the goals we scored after the kickoffs are scored by the center guy. (optic or plith). because wingers are clearing. (Especially the kickoffer if he can make his way thri their net avoiding bumps)
4) gK, you should be slowly coming to the midfield. you need to be slow becase not every kickoffs are perpefct. they can counter attack.

---------------------------------------------------

2ND kick off option is slow kick offs. so sometimes, hard kickoffs are not working. or i may not be feeling well to do hard kickoffs because it requires perfect timing of kicking. our 2nd option is slow kick offs.

- as you can see, i went down the other side, let the center guy do the kick off. in that case, it is slow start.
- if it is a slow start and if i move the ball to make the kick off, center guy should go down.

so, if you see me do not kick off immediateley, that means, we are gonna do slow kickofss. in that case, we need one man in each sides. so, god is already in upper side, therefore, tip should go lower side. and as wide as possible.

as a kick offer, my aim is to make the pass so that we can atttack. it can be either kicking towards their corner or direct pass to our guys.
so, the one in the center, you need to go lower if the kick offer is waiting,

---------------------------------------------------

I KNOW THIS IS A LOT STUFF. BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW THOSE IDEAS. AND LEARN THE BASICS. WE CAN RANDOMLY PLAY THIS GAME. A SOLID KICK OFF STRATEGY IS THE VERY VERY IMPORTANT.

- I M GONNA ADMIT SOMETHING. DURING THE LEAGUE LAST SEASON, OKAY I KNOW WE WERE GOAT ROSTER. BUT WE SCORE A TONS OF GOALS BECAUSE OF THOSE LACK OF KICK OFF STRATEGIES OF OUR OPPONENTS. BASICALLY, THEY WERE DOING HORRIBLE KICKOFFS TO US, AND WE WERE STOPPING THEM TO ATTACK RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING SO THAT WE ATTACK AGAIN. AND ONCE WE ATTACK, IT WAS HARD TO STOP US. I REMEMBER ONLY IN ONE PERIOD, WE SCORED 11 GOALS TO URANUS, 10 GOALS TO TEXAS, AGAIN 8 OR 9 GOALS TO TEXAS, 7-8 GOALS TO MWMW MULTIPLE TIMES. THOSE ARE ALL BECAUSE THE BALL IS CONSTANTLY WAS IN THEIR FIELDS. AND I REMEMBER WE SCORED 6 GOALS IN 1.30. I DONT REMEMBER WHO TEAM THAT WAS BUT ME AND JSJS MADE FUN OF THAT LATER AT THAT GAME WHEN I REALIZED THAT WHILE I WAS DOING THE STATS. 6 GOALS IN 90 SECONDS IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THIS IS LEAGUE, AND THE PLAYERS ARE NOT RANDOM PLAYERS. ALL THE REASON WAS, THEY CONSTANTLY DID HORRIBLE KICKOFFS.
